The DMC Masterbrush is an automatic brush sanding machine designed for use in high- end architectural and cabinet shops specializing in profiled panels, moldings, kitchen cabinet doors, and skirting board. The Masterbrush has a modular design and can therefore mount carious types of brushing units suitable for different sanding applications. This DMC wide belt sanding solution can be configured for solid wood doors and sealer sanding.

  • 18-30 hp main motors available (single speed, two speed or inverter) depending on application
  • Over thickness senor at in feed of machine to prevent possible damage to machine

  • Standard Brush Diameter 400 mm (16”)
  • Feed Speed Range 4.5 – 18 M/min (15 – 60 ft/min)
