Hall Manufacturing Solutions offers a comprehensive service and sharpening program for solid carbide router bits. All resharpening is done on Anca CNC Machinery that made our new bits. This way we are able to maintain the exact as original with minimal stock removal to bring cutting edges up sharp once again. There is no substantial extra charge for "LIKE NEW" end geometry. It is included in the standard regrind price. Stock removal is dependent upon use levels. Tools are brought up sharp to approximately 90% new edge surfaces on diameters, and 100% like new end geometry if use damage permits. Customer reports state typically our reground tool performance levels are 90% of a new bit edge life. Even after a few re-grinds.
