TF 135 E-3 is an automated 3 axis heavy industrial 5 speed shaper for multi-shift production. This machine has added programmable features to help in reducing setup times during routine operations. The TF 135 E-3 has the ability to stack large diameter tooling and run heavy profiles on a daily bases. The 3-axis program gives the operator the ability to program in spindle height and fence positioning with the touch of a finger.
- 3 Axes “EASY” controller for the entire fence, infeed fence and spindle position with the ability to store up to 300 independent programs
- 1 1/4 Inch interchangeable spindle
- 5 Spindle speeds from 3,000 to 10,000 rpm
- Aluminum fences
- Flex: swing support fence with quick lock locater pin
- Fast: Sectioned Table (Manual)
- Reverse rotation switch
- LED digital readout of spindle height, and infeed / outfeed fence position on controller
