TF 135 E-3 HSK Shaper

Introduced in 2009, the TF 135 E-3 HSK is an automated 3 axis heavy, industrial variable speed shaper for multi-shift production. This machine has similar features as the TF 135-E3, but is now available with HSK tool holders for quick-change tooling setups. The machine still has programmable features to help reduce setup times during routine operations, and with the addition of the HSK tool holders, it is even more attractive in shops performing multiple changeovers throughout the day. Stacking large-diameter tooling and running heavy profiles through multiple shifts is not an issue for this machine. The 3-axis program gives the operator the ability to program spindle height and fence positioning with the touch of a finger.

- 10 HP Electro spindle
- 1 ¼” spindle diameter
- Variable speed speeds via inverter 900 to 12,000 rpm
- Aluminum fences
