The SCM 75-12 profile grinder is a time proven tool-room workhorse featuring the Micro Precision Dressing System (MPDS) with retractable hydro-tool rest. A dial indicator accurately sets the diamond nib insuring true wheel dimension and tool concentricity is always maintained. The geometry of the 75-12 automatically compensates for changing grinding wheel diameter. The grinding wheel can be tilted in either direction to side relief up to 15° as needed.

- Accepts large wheels up to 10" in diameter for fast trouble free grinding
- Locking positions at 0, 5, 10, and 15 degrees provide accurate side clearance
- Relief clearance scale obtains back clearance angle on knife
- Ratchet system adjusts the grinding column from 10° to 30° degrees
- Micro adjustable template table calibrated in .001"
- Dual flow coolant nozzle keeps water confined to the grinding area while maintaining the maximum amount of coolant
- Heavy duty table movement with four ball bearings for centering and supporting tooling arbors
