Concept NT Double Ended Tennoner

The Concept NT Double End Tenoner has been designed with a special chain equipped with rolling bearings and recirculating ball screws for the movement of working units. With two working units, the first dedicated to the rough cutting of panel profile and the second one to its finishing, the Concept NT has been designed to work at a feed speed of 30 m/min with a tool rotation of 7000 rpm. The working units are fitted with diamond cutters. SCM Group designed this double end tenoner for high capacity solid wood door production.
