The Record 210 AL is a compact and flexible machine center ideal for custom and mass production. The machine base and mobile gantry are electro-welded and ribbed steel structures that ensure the rigidity and precision of this model. The 3 axes machining unit includes a powerful 15HP (S1 rating) SCM electro-spindle with “C” axis and an auxiliary multi-drilling unit. The “C” axis is used to rotate at any angle an aggregate. The drilling unit is configured with 12 vertical and 6 horizontal spindles. The 5 axes machining unit includes the 15HP (S1 Rating) Prisma-K SCM electro-spindle and an auxiliary multi-drilling unit. The Prisma-K along with a 50 degrees coupling and its compact design, allows this unit to machine on almost any angle without losing valuable working volume.
