Bevel
All bevel cutters are open body style. A different angles or wider bevel is available request.
Cope & Pattern (Cabinet)
Versatile and easy-to-use. These 6 cutter sets are designed to perform cope & pattern, glass panel and tongue and groove on material ¾ to 1-1/8 and 1" to 1-1/4" on Double Sided version. The standard configuration cuts ¼ wide x 3/8 deep tongue and groove. The common minor diameter requires NO fence adjustment when changing from cope to pattern cuts (3/8 tongue only). Counterclockwise rotation with wood fed face down.
Custom Solutions
Many cutting applications require more than a stock solution. T-Alloy or Carbide, Multiple wings, shear face, climb cutting, or the use of outboard fences and power feeds. An unlimited number of profiles and sizes for the perfect solution.
Double Cope & Pattern (Doors)
These sets are designed to cut both 1-3/8" passage doors and 1-3/4" entry doors simply by changing the center cutters. A 2-piece glass panel groove set is also available to run with these sets. The standard tongue length is 5/8".
Finger Pull
For this finger pull detail, the wood is cut at a 30 degree incline.
Raised Panel
All panel cutters are designed with 15 degree shear to produce optimum cuts both with and across the grain. A variety of systems are available to accommodate a wide range of panel thickness. Trim cutters, rub bearings and back cutters are also available.
Straight Top Groover
Straight Top Groovers are ideal for cutting grooves, rabbets, and for flush trimming.
Window Sash
These window sash profiles are common in many older homes. They are made to cut stock up to 1-3/4. Counterclockwise rotation with wood fed face up.
